Unit 17 Mule QHD Disable Vet. Hunt

Hey y'all, new here in the form, but I've used similar websites on my "coal" mobiles. I always enjoy the comradery and shared wealth of knowledge shared amongst these forums. Anywho, ive drawn mule deer the past few years for unit 13 and though I've see some decent critters (even botched a 60yrd shot on a big 4x) the numbers are just poor for the size of unit. Every time we meet up with another hunter and tell them we're on deer its the same response "Your on the wrong side. Need to be in unit 17; that's where the deer are.". Well, we (father-law and I) put in and drew Nov. 4-8 muley for unit 17. I gotten a free deer hunt the last few year as a disabled veteran (dependent on if I draw; not gauranteed). So far I've yet to tag one. I've done archery the last two years, but drawing back is getting tougher and tougher. So we did any legal this year. I'm hoping anyone can point me in a general direction for where to scout and find muleys. I am completely new to the area that unit 17 is comprised of. We figured units 13 and 52 out the good ol fashion trial and error way, but have done well all things considered (even met Dan Evans in the field last year by chance for those of you familiar with him; very humble, kind and full of knowledge). However, I have just not been able to get physically out for scouting this far this year, and probably won't be able to much here on out either. I would greatly appreciate any incite or help on this unit if your willing, thanks y'all.
